The orphanage and the street children program are in the urban areas and the rest of the programs are in the rural areas of Jaipur. All the volunteer project locations are within 15 kms from the volunteer house.

The Jaipur district has a population of about 4.5 million people. Jaipur is one of the most vibrant and colorful city of India. The city is a mixture of traditional root and impact of globalization. The city itself has many Forts, Palaces and havalies. The old City is surrounded by Pink walls. The city is also known as Pink City.

Food & Accommodation
You are provided accommodation is volunteer’s home which is established by organization. The volunteer house is a fully residential and is fully furnished. The volunteer has all the basic facilities available like TV, DVD, Collection of Hindi & English books, Refrigerator, Internet, Collection of books and the Recreation hall to spent leisure time. Volunteer have to share the room with other volunteers. Western toilets will be available. During summer season the rooms are cooled with AC system. The team serves quality Indian food prepared by expert cook to the volunteers in the home itself.
Basic Itinerary
Day 01 Delhi (if pickup included from Delhi airport)
Arrival in Delhi, pickup and depart to Jaipur, its 5 hrs by road
Day 02 Jaipur
Program orientation and free for individual activities
Day 03 Volunteer work

Choose your volunteer program and destination and then fill in the online application. The form will ask you about your personal information, choice of volunteering program, location, duration and others.
You can submit your deposit together with the application (optional) and Sankalp team will precede your application to further.

Please note: Teaching program would be not available in May-June due to summer vacation in the schools.
