Board and lodging
We offer affordable board, lodging, living, and transport arrangements during your Volunteer & Adventure Program in India, catering to individuals, students, families, and groups. Our exclusive services are outlined below for your convenience.
Volunteer Accommodation
Your stay in Jaipur will be in a comfortable and well-equipped facility, conveniently located near the local market and city center. The accommodation offers air-conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms, hot water, and Western-style toilets, shared among volunteers. Bedding is provided, though you are encouraged to bring your own towels and toiletries.
The facility also features a common area and an outdoor space, fostering a friendly environment for relaxation and socializing. To make your stay more enjoyable, the house includes a television with OTT streaming access and 24x7 Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring both entertainment and easy communication during your time with us.
Please note: Laundry facilities are not available in-house. Hand washing is an option, or you can use nearby laundry services at a small fee. Filtered drinking water is available throughout your stay, so there's no need to purchase bottled water.
Meals
Throughout your volunteering days, you will be served a selection of freshly cooked Indian vegetarian meals at your accommodation. Known for its rich flavors and diverse offerings, Indian cuisine will be a highlight of your experience, giving you an authentic taste of the countrys vibrant culinary heritage. For participants of the 4-week Work & Travel program, meals are arranged as follows:
During the Volunteering Period:
Breakfast - Chai, coffee, milk, banana, bread/toast, and cereals
Lunch and Dinner - Included and freshly prepared daily at the volunteer accommodation
Additionally, for those who wish to prepare their own breakfast or cook something of their choice, basic kitchen utensils are provided. Participants are welcome to use them to prepare breakfast as per their preference, with the option to purchase their own ingredients if they wish to supplement what is provided.
During the Travel Week:
Breakfast - Included at the hotels
Dinner -Included only during the desert stay
Indian cuisine, known for its rich flavors and variety, will be an authentic part of your cultural experience.
Hotel Stays
During the weekend tour and travel week, volunteers will stay in clean and hygienic hotels. The hotels are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable experience. Breakfast will be included in your stay.
Desert Camel Safari Base Camp
During the Safari, accommodations are provided in tents or under the open sky beneath a canopy of stars. This promises to be a truly unforgettable and adventure.
Volunteer Safety
At Volunteering India Network, volunteer safety is our top priority. With years of expertise, we ensure a safe environment at our house, during transportation, at program locations and during the travel and hotel stays. We are fully prepared for any emergencies and maintain strict safety protocols. With over 3000 volunteers aged 16-65, we have had no incidents.
Daily Transport to Project
Daily transportation is provided between your accommodation and the volunteer project site, ensuring a hassle-free commute to and from your work each day.
Free Time Activities
