Mahakumbh Tour Itinerary

Feb 21 - Arrival in India

Arrive at Delhi IGI Airport, where you will be personally greeted and transferred to your hotel in Delhi. Take some time to relax and settle in.

Feb 22 - Group Introduction and Travel to Agra

Begin the day with a group introduction at the hotel, followed by breakfast. Afterward, drive to Agra and check into your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the iconic Taj Mahal, the historic Red Fort, and local markets. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Feb 23 - Journey to Mahakumbh

Start early for a stunning sunrise view of the Taj Mahal. After breakfast, embark on an 8-9 hour journey to Prayagraj, the city of Mahakumbh. Enjoy stops along the way for lunch and refreshments. Upon arrival, transfer to your accommodation and unwind.

Feb 24-25 - Experiencing the Mahakumbh Mela

Wake up early to participate in Snan (Bath) at Triveni Sangam. Witness saints and Akharas performing their holy rituals. Spend the afternoon exploring the vibrant Mela grounds with its camps, stalls, and spiritual pavilions. Discover unique spiritual practices, shop for souvenirs, and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere. Conclude the day with the mesmerizing evening Aarti at Sangam, a magical experience of fire rituals and rhythmic chanting.

Feb 26 - Major Bathing Day

Take part in another sacred Amrit Snan (holy bath) alongside pilgrims. Explore different sections of the Mela grounds, interact with sadhus, and delve into their unique spiritual practices. Embrace the energy and diversity of this grand event.

Feb 27 - Departure from Prayagraj

After breakfast, check out from your accommodation and depart from Prayagraj, carrying cherished memories and blessings from the Mahakumbh Mela 2025.

Feb 28 - Overnight in Delhi

Arrive in Delhi and stay overnight, preparing for your journey to Jaipur the following day.

Mar 01 - Heading to Jaipur

After breakfast, drive to Jaipur to begin a new chapter of volunteer work in the community, following the unforgettable experience of the Mahakumbh Mela.

Mar 02 - Orientation

Attend a couple of hours of orientation about the volunteer program, including an overview of your role and responsibilities.

Mar 03 - Mar 07 - Volunteer Work

Engage in volunteer work during the morning hours, followed by lunch. After work, you will have plenty of time to explore Jaipur, the heritage-rich Pink City of India.

Mar 08 - End of Program

The program concludes on this day. Check out from the Volunteer House and proceed with your individual plans, carrying with you the experiences of the remarkable Mahakumbh tour and volunteering in Jaipur.
